You want to return? In four steps to the return:
1. Fill out the receipt that is enclosed with your shipment.
Please fill out the form for the return service completely, so you help us to process your return as quickly as possible.
2. Packing the goods
Please return the goods in the original and undamaged packaging or in a suitable shipping box.
3. Send the goods
Please stamp the package sufficiently and send it (with a service provider of your choice) to:

You have 14 days after receipt of the goods to cancel the order in writing.
Please note:
After the current regulation of the right of revocation in accordance with our AGB`s the buyer carries the return costs of the ordered commodity
4. You will get your money back
After the returned goods have passed the internal inspection and have been released, the purchase price will be refunded to you.
Complaint, replacement, wrong delivery
If, despite the greatest care, a wrong delivery or complaint occurs, we will of course take care of it immediately
your request immediately, quickly and unbureaucratically.
