Wool felt pad (100% wool felt or with a percentage of synthetic felt). Suitable for daily use, in combination with a blanket for the show and of course an excellent pad for trail rides.
Felt pads with a functional core. Basically, Western felt pads already have an excellent natural pressure distribution due to the basic material felt. This can be further improved by incorporating additional shock absorbing material into the Western felt pad. This is primarily gel plates, or shock-absorbing plastic plates, which are breathable with some manufacturers.
